Social Media

To communicate with our audience via social media, I researched in to what our competitors are posting and the type of content that they are putting out. I found that the most common type of content put out are educational posts about the divorce process and everything that it includes.

From conducting my research into what our competitors are putting out onto their social media channels, educational content is the type of content most effective within our target audience. 

I have made content to reflect the information that our target audience needs before starting their divorce, during their divorce process and after they have completed their divorce. 

To generate my content I use Canva PRO to create all of my infographics, carousel posts, repurposed content etc. For example,

 When creating the posts, I ensure the post communicates the information to our audience simply whilst still being informative.

When creating them i make sure all the fonts, colours and graphics are all the cohesive across every post.

Fonts: Open Sans & Open Sans BOLD

Colour Pallette: 

light colour – #F5EEEF

Darker Colour – #B92D2B

Darkest Colour – #2A252F

Once I have downloaded my carousel posts, I schedule them using hootsuite and use the recommended time our audience is active on instagram to post. To create a captivating caption I repurpose my content and use SEO and trending hashtags to make my post more visible on the algorithm.

Prior to scheduling and uploading onto our social media platforms, all posts are checked with the legal team for correctness and regulatory compliance.

Once the scheduled posts have been uploaded onto each social media platform, i keep track of how well the post is doing and the interaction that it is receiving, eg, likes and comments. I review all comments left under the post and respond to them promptly and accordingly. I answer all questions left under the post as best as I can, if more detail is needed I include a call to action to contact us for more information regarding their question and for the chance to ask more questions. 

I also review Facebook messenger and Instagram dm’s for new messages and reply to them in a efficient and professional manor.
